The bathroom remodel was impressive, enhancing the overall stay quality.

The hotel's position was easy, near a Waffle House, Shell Station, and Wendy's, and restaurants, stores.

Had a really nice stay for one night, and would want to stay there again. I enjoyed the place, it was immaculately clean & the staff were caring and respectful. The breakfasts were marvellous and included breads, muffins, yoghourt, fruit and eggs. Nashville International airport was hardly 31 minutes away by car.

Two guys kept staring at us, and even after telling the front desk, they acted like they didn’t care. It made me worried for our safety, and I just couldn’t relax at all.

Competent staff members, brand-new rooms with a good bed and storage space, for example. Cookies, pancakes, cereal, yogurt and muffins for breakfast with several hot options. Incredible and ideal location in a safe area, in the downtown area.

At breakfast there was a pancake maker, so that they were always very fresh. Franklin is a nice suburb of Nashville and the city was also easy to reach.

Clean and efficient for a quick stop. The front desk staff was exceptional—personable and professional. The room had a comfortable bed but carried a stale smoke odor. The cramped space felt dated, and a leaking shower was inconvenient. I appreciated the thoughtful breakfast options, especially the pancake machine. The lovely views of the Tennessee mountains were a calming touch. Some concerns lingered: a mildew smell in parts of the facility and critical maintenance issues. Safety concerns were alarming as well, especially with staff indifference. It’s a mixed bag; the location has potential but requires improvements for comfort and security. Would consider returning only after necessary updates and assurances.

The updated rooms surprised me; spacious with a fantastic walk-in shower and nice modern amenities. The breakfast was a highlight—delicious pancakes and fresh fruit made it a treat. An empty lotion bottle and a dim TV were minor annoyances. Despite a few bumps, the friendly staff and beautiful views made for a pleasant stay. The clean, updated room felt like a steal for the price. I’d return, just hoping for quieter nights.

The breakfast was varied. There were scrambled eggs and other strong things, so that one could really strengthen oneself for the day. A thousand times better than pancakes and syrup. Additional cucumbers and tomatoes would have been the crowning glory.

The bed is a bit narrow for two people, but it's good that we are slim.

The room was very clean, with fresh towels replenished daily. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing a restful night. I appreciated the well-functioning air handler that kept the room at a perfect temperature. A large TV was convenient, but the poor reception was disappointing; I found myself resorting to my laptop for entertainment. The shower had a double door, but one wouldn’t stay closed, leading to a wet floor. The shampoo and body wash dispensers were problematic; they were often empty or difficult to use. A solid stay, with notable areas for improvement.

Very good reception in the morning and in the evening, we stayed 2 days... Vast car park in front and behind the hotel, watch out for the holes around the manhole covers! Breakfast composed of scrambled eggs, meat, white sauce, fruit juice, grilled pork belly on weekends, etc... The room was clean and comfortable, equipped with queen size bed, the refrigerator was not equipped with a freezer. Outdoor swimming pool from 08H30 to 22H00. There are shops nearby. The washbasin is outside the bathroom, it's very practical. Don't forget to visit the old town of Franklin .

On the parking lot: Watch out for the deep holes around the manhole covers!! The breakfast room is maybe a little bit too small considering the size of the hotel. A microwave is missing in the room.
